Onam, the vibrant festival of Kerala, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy at our school on 4th September 2025. The celebration beautifully showcased the rich culture, traditions, and values of the people of Kerala, filling the campus with colors, smiles, and festive spirit.
🌼 A Blooming Beginning
The school was transformed into a sight of beauty with flower decorations and traditional Pookalam designs, adding a touch of elegance and cultural charm to the celebration. The fragrance of fresh flowers and the sight of vibrant patterns welcomed everyone with warmth and excitement.
👗 Traditional Spirit
Students and teachers embraced the essence of the festival by dressing in Traditional Kerala attire. The graceful sarees and dhotis added to the festive aura, making the day truly memorable. Laughter and joy filled the air as everyone came together to celebrate unity and culture.
🍽️ The Joy of Onam Sadhya
A highlight of the day was the Onam Sadhya — a traditional vegetarian feast served on banana leaves. The delicious meal, enjoyed by our little ones, brought smiles to their faces and gave them a taste of Kerala’s rich culinary heritage.
